What data I collect, what I use it for and how you can control it. Last updated: September 2026.
Juan Carlos Rondón (JCBass), based in Bari, Italy. Contact: jcrbass@gmail.com.
Only what you send me through the contact form (name, email and your project details) or when you write to me by email or WhatsApp. If you accept cookies, also anonymous browsing data.
To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire me, manage the work. I don't sell or share them, and I won't send you advertising without your permission.
The basis is your consent and the preparation of a possible contract (GDPR art. 6.1 a and b). I keep the data for as long as we work together and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
The form is sent through EmailJS. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, depending on the page, content from Spotify and YouTube. With your permission, I use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. These services may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Necessary: they store your cookie choice; always active. Analytics and marketing (Google Analytics, Meta) and external content (Spotify): only if you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to the use of your data, by writing to jcrbass@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
